Couplehood | Ming Hian & Lucinda

 

 

 

I spent a beautiful Sunday afternoon with Lucinda and MX. Beautiful weather, beautiful couple… this little photographer couldn’t ask for more. Taking photos of these two is such an easy thing. Lucinda kept on saying, “Oh Dee, we are not models!”, Haha! But that’s exactly what I want to capture, honest emotions, unposed happiness, raw laughter.Come to think of it, that’s what we all want in life… something honest, something real. And yes, ultimately, something that would last for a long long long time.

 

Recently, I’ve had plenty of inquiries regarding my couple session from couples who are not married yet, not engaged yet… some even just starting out their relationship. And I adore that. I adore people who appreciate the now. I adore celebrating the present. I adore celebrating milestones, when something you treasured just closed another month or year or decade together.

As I describe my Couplehood Session in my main site: “Celebrating love just because. Of couples and of being together… for the engaged, for the married, for the taken… for those who wants to be taken away.”

Love is now. Love is present.

Love makes you look at the future with anticipation… yes, but…

Love is also this very moment right now when

you smile as you think about that special someone.

And that is worth celebrating.
